Bagel Toasts.
I made these sweet Bagel Toasts using my Sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Bagels.
Making these delicious combinations can be very easy!

How to top bagels?
Let’s start with the base!
Creamy Layer
Use any nut butter, peanut, almond, cashew. Use hazelnut chocolate spread. Cream cheese (could be vegan, like I used for my toasts). Yogurt (again, vegan can work, like cashew yogurt). Or my Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread!!
Fruits
Any fruits under the sun. I’m not sure if watermelon would work on a bagel toast. But hey, if you wanna put watermelon on a bagel toast and eat it, you be my guest!
I like berries and bananas. This time I also tried figs, and apricots!
Nuts and other toppings
Get creative. Nuts, such as peanuts, almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews!
You can also use seeds: sunflower seeds, fennel seeds.
Other toppings might include dried berries, cacao nibs, hemp hearts, coconut flakes.
The drizzle
You don’t really need a drizzle of anything in these toasts.
But see, that’s the beauty with drizzles, you don’t need them, but you still want them. Why? Because they are delicious that’s why.
So go ahead and drizzle a shot of maple syrup on top of one of these babies and just see what it’s all about!
Ps. That little maple syrup dispenser was purchased on Amazon.

Such a great idea! Love all the variety, but that blueberry-cashew one has got a hold on me! 😉
Yum! It was one of the best ones! My favorite was the banana one! lol!
You’ve really gotten creative with the toppings – the cashew and blueberry has me intrigued.
Breakfast can get so redundant and I love this idea! My kiddos would love this for breakfast and I’m not going to lie, serving up something that pretty too in the mornings would make me feel like June Cleaver! Ha! Thank you for these wonderful ideas!
Thank you so much, Jamie! I agree, serving this for my family makes me feel special lol!
