1/3cuphoney
1/3cupbrown sugar66g
1/4cupcocoa powder20g
1cupchopped dark or semi-sweet chocolate170g
1tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Place the butter, heavy cream, honey, brown sugar and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Stir and bring to a boil.
Simmer on low for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove form the heat, add chocolate and stir until melted together.
Add the vanilla and mix.
Let it cool down to room temperature before using.
Store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Whenever you are ready to use it, scoop the desired amount into a bowl, and microwave for a few seconds, stirring in between, until it has pouring consistency to pour it over ice cream, cake, cupcakes.
