Strawberry Brownies

These Strawberry Brownies combine the rich, fudgy goodness of traditional brownies with the sweet, tangy taste of fresh strawberries, creating a unique and irresistible dessert.

Firstly, we'll make the Strawberry Puree by simply processing chopped strawberries, either frozen or fresh, and bringing them to a boil.

Now, let's make the Brownie Batter. Add the melted white chocolate along with the Puree and sugar to a bowl. Then, add the egg and the yolks, and beat it.

At this point, add food coloring if desired, as the pink color will fade away. Add the flour and the salt; mix until smooth.

Pour the strawberry brownie batter on the prepared baking dish. Avoid using glass baking dishes for this recipe.

We are making a strawberry frosting to pour on top of the brownies, which is simply a strawberry ganache. Simply heat up the heavy cream and strawberry puree in the microwave, pour over the chocolate, and stir to combine.

Pour the ganache over the cooled brownies.

You can also sprinkle some freeze dried strawberry powder over the brownies if desired. Play with the decorations a bit; add sprinkles, chocolate drizzles...
