Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

Beat room-temp cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in sugars and sour cream. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Your cheesecake batter is ready.

Pour 1/3 of the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust, top with 1/3 of the cinnamon filling. Repeat twice, finishing with cinnamon filling. Spread gently, wrap in foil, place in a water bath, and bake.

This frosting is light, fluffy, and mild, allowing the cheesecake to shine. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then fold in whipped cream until combined.

Pipe the Cream Cheese Frosting onto the chilled cheesecake and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cut into slices and serve.
