PIES AND TACOS
This Air Fryer Salmon recipe delivers flaky, perfectly cooked fish with a golden exterior.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel, then place them in a bowl. Add olive oil (or melted butter), lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the salmon. Toss until the filets are evenly coated.
Arrange the salmon filets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if applicable. The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, and any additional seasonings like chili powder, onion powder, or cajun seasoning for extra flavor. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and the Mayo Sriracha Sauce.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, tablespoon lemon juice, honey (if using), and garlic (if using) until smooth and creamy.
Taste the sauce and adjust as needed—add more sriracha for heat, more honey for sweetness, or more lemon juice for tang.
For optimal flavor, let the sauce chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to allow the ingredients to meld together. Drizzle the sauce over the salmon or serve it as a dipping sauce on the side.
Serve with asparagus, rice pilaf, or mashed potatoes for a complete, flavorful meal!
