White Chocolate Strawberry Fudge

White Chocolate Strawberry Fudge, only 4 ingredients and less than 15 minutes. Gooey, sticky, and decadent fudge! Roll it into truffles to make a beautiful and fun presentation.

  • 1 oz. freeze-dried strawberries 28 grams
  • 1-14 oz. can condensed milk 396 grams
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate 85 grams, 3 oz
  • 1 tbsp butter

To roll

  • Freeze dried strawberries powder coconut flakes, granulated sugar


Strawberry White Chocolate Fudge

  1. Start by processing the freeze dried strawberries into a powder, you should obtain about 1/4 cup of freeze dried strawberries.
  2. Mix the condensed milk, 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate, freeze dried strawberry powder, and butter in a small saucepan.
  3. Over medium heat, stir mixture without stopping, while you bring it to a boil.
  4. Once mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to medium low.
  5. Keep stirring non stop while it cooks.
  6. Don’t stop stirring the mixture, or the fudge will stick to the bottom of the pan.
  7. You should cook it for about 5 minutes. If the mixture starts to stick to the bottom, lower the heat.
  8. To test if the fudge is ready, simply tilt the pan and if the mixture comes off from the bottom of the pan, you’re good to go. Mixture will look shiny and firm. If you run a spatula on the bottom of the pan, fudge will take about 5 seconds to come together again. You are looking for a very thick stage.
  9. Remove fudge to a buttered plate. Let it cool down until it gets to room temperature and then stick it in the fridge.
  10. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour or so until it’s cool.
  11. With buttered hands, scoop a small amount of fudge and roll between your palms to form a smooth ball. Coat the ball in shredded coconut, granulated sugar, sprinkles, or freeze dried strawberry powder. Put in small baking cups (I used 1 inch ones)
  12. Do this until you’re done with all the fudge. You’ll obtain around 20 balls depending on how big you make them.


  1. Store the Strawberry White Chocolate Fudge in the fridge for up to 15 days.
  2. You can also store it in the freezer for up to 2 months, make sure it’s well packaged. To thaw it, simply place it in the fridge a couple hours before serving.

Recipe Notes

*You can roll the fudge in anything that comes to mind, sprinkles, sugar, shredded coconut, finely chopped nuts.

*Make sure to use good quality white chocolate, don’t use white chocolate chips, or candy melts.

*You can also leave the white chocolate out. In that case, you need to cook the fudge longer, for 10 to 15 minutes.
