This Roasted Garlic Spread will go great with any bread, toast, or cracker. It's rich, garlicky and creamy!

  • 1 garlic head
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt or more to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


  1. Roasted garlic Spread
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  3. Grab a whole garlic head. Slice the top of the garlic head with a sharp knife.
  4. Place garlic head on top of a aluminum foil rectangle.
  5. Drizzle about 2 teaspoons of olive oil over garlic head and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  6. Now, wrap the foil around the garlic head.
  7. Place it in the oven for around 45 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool before opening it.
  9. Open foil and squeeze garlic out of the head into a bowl of a stand mixer.
  10. Add cream cheese. Cream for about 2 minutes on medium speed.
  11. Add salt, pepper, thyme and lemon juice. Cream for a few seconds to combine.
  12. Serve with bread. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
