These Vegan Caramel Bliss Balls are the vegan version of my Churros Truffles. They are coated in a cinnamon and sugar mixture, and completely paleo. With only 5 ingredients and just a few minutes, you can make this delicious and healthy treat!

Ingredients
Bliss Balls
1cupdates(about 180 grams, 6.35 oz)
3/4cupalmonds(140 grams, 4.9 oz)
1tbspcoconut oil
To coat
1/3cupcoconut sugar
1tspcinnamon
Instructions
Bliss Balls
Place all the ingredients in the a food processor.
Process for a few minutes until smooth, you may need to stop and scrape the bowl of the food processor once or twice.
Mix the coconut sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Roll the dough into balls, and coat in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Store the truffles in the fridge and enjoy! Drizzle with melted almond butter if desired. These truffles taste like caramel! So delicious!
Storage
The truffles will last for up to 4 or 5 days in the fridge.
Notes
*If the dates you are using aren’t too fresh, and are hard, make sure to soak them in water for about 1 hour before using to make them soft.*You can experiment adding different kinds of nuts besides almonds.*You can use regular granulated sugar if you don’t want to use coconut sugar, and if not paleo.*Adjust the cinnamon to taste, some people might like more or less cinnamon.
