– all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour – cocoa powder – sugar use coconut organic brown, or organic granulated – espresso powder  optional – baking soda – baking powder – salt – brewed coffee or hot water – apple cider vinegar –avocado oil or another neutral vegetable oil of your preference – vanilla extract

Vegan Chocolate Frosting Ingredients

– dark chocolate chopped – powdered sugar – cocoa powder – vegan butter or shortening – vanilla extract –  milk almond, or any other nut milk

Vegan Marshmallow Frosting

–chickpea brine drained from a can of chickpeas – cream of tartar –powdered sugar – vanilla extract
