– flour – baking powder – baking soda – fine sea salt – cinnamon powder – organic brown sugar – vegan butter – water – maple syrup

Place flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar in a large bowl. Mix them together.

Once your dry ingredients are incorporated, add the cold vegan butter in.

Using the fork, mix the butter in with the dry ingredients. Alternatively you could use the food processor, or a pastry cutter.

Make sure all the butter is evenly incorporated. If you use a food processor, this will only take a few pulses.

Now it’s time to add the wet ingredients to our Vegan Graham Cracker dough: the maple syrup and water.
