Vegan Cannoli

These Vegan Cannoli were some of the best pastries to ever come out of my kitchen.

INGREDIENTS

– all-purpose flour – granulated sugar – fine sea salt – oil – apple cider vinegar – water*

I cut my circles with a 3.5″ cookie cutter. This size makes for a 3-4 bites cannoli.

And these are the tubes I use. I have 2 sets, which helps speed thing up, since I can wrap, and quickly fry a bunch at once.

Fry shells for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Making sure to control the temperature of the grease, so it doesn’t get too hot.

Once fried, set the cannoli shells aside to cool.

I chose to top my vegan cannoli with melted chocolate and fresh raspberries. You have tones of options.
