PIES AND TACOS
all-purpose flour unsweetened cocoa powder baking soda baking powder fine sea salt canola oil brewed coffee white vinegar vanilla extract granulated sugar
Sift the dry ingredients together. Mix the wet ones. Whisk until incorporated. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Chop the milk chocolate finely. Bring the heavy cream to almost a boil. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate. Whisk. Let the ganache come to room temperature.
Cream the butter for about 1 minute. Add the ganache and mix. Add sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until incorporated.
Sprinkle some graham crackers on top of the frosting for that extra s'mores effect.
The Mashmallow Frosting is easy to make and delicious! Pipe it on top of the cupcakes. Because s'mores are nothing really without marshmallow.
Use a torch to toast the Marshmallow Frosting.
You can also top the cupcakes with a little piece of graham cracker to get a nice crunch and delicious s'mores taste.
