Peach Cobbler Pound Cake

PIES AND TACOS

Peach Cobbler Pound Cake with peaches and crumble.

The biscuit crumble is a buttery streusel with brown and white sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Peel the peaches using a vegetable peeler for ease, especially if they’re not very ripe. You’ll need one diced peach for the batter and one sliced for the top. Don't forget the spices!

Grease and flour your pan. Arrange spiced sliced peaches on the bottom, then set aside. Make caramel by cooking sugar and water (no stirring) until light amber, then pour over the peaches.

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk until just combined.

Pour 2/3 of the batter over the caramel and peaches. Add chopped peaches and crumble, then top with remaining batter and more crumble.

You can also serve the cake with a big old scoop of vanilla ice cream! How delicious would that be!

This cake is amazing!
