No-Bake Pistachio Pie

INGREDIENTS

-oreos -butter -pistachios (or pistachio paste) -white chocolate -cream cheese -heavy cream -powdered sugar

Make the oreo crust by mixing crushed oreos and melted butter.

Press the crust down on the bottom of a pan and either bake or freeze. Baking is optional but yields a less crumbly crust.

To make the filling whip the cream cheese with the sugar, add the melted chocolate and pistachio paste. Then fold in the whipped cream.

Transfer the filling to the pie crust that's either been baked and cooled, or frozen.

Smooth out the filling. Place the pie in the fridge for a few hours.

Decorate the pie by drizzling melted chocolate on top, and spreading chopped pistachios and rose petals, if you wish.
