Lemon Raspberry Rolls

This recipe is perfect if you are a beginner at baking bread, since the quick rising time makes it much easier. And it’s also perfect for any other level bakers, because it’s so practical!


You'll need: – All-purpose flour –  Yeast – Sugar – Salt – Butter – Egg – Water

Start by mixing the dry ingredients together in a bowl: flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Now add the egg to the bowl with the dry ingredients.

And then, add the melted butter and warm water.

1. Roll dough out to a rectangle. 2. Spread butter on top of the dough.   3. Now spread sugars on top. 4. Sprinkle lemon zest. 5. Top the dough with cornstarch covered raspberries. 6. Start rolling the dough into a log.

Cut the log into 12 equal pieces and place them in a greased 9×13″ pan. Cover them with a towel and let them rise for 45-60 minutes. Once they spring right back, you can bake them in the oven.

Let the rolls cool down for about 20 minutes before glazing and serving.
