This recipe is a great option for making macarons without almond flour. If you are looking for a nut-free macaron recipe, you can use all-purpose flour instead.

– 100 grams white granulated sugar

It will take way less time than with the regular almond flour. Stop folding before reaching the figure-8 stage. The batter should be falling from the spatula into chunks.
