Easy Pecan Pie Recipe

Prepare pie pan: Unroll the pie dough and transfer it to a pie pan. Press the crust into the dish, and tuck and fold the edges to shape.


Make pecan pie filling: In a medium bowl, whisk the large eggs and the brown sugar, dark corn syrup, melted butter, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon.


Assemble the pie: Add the chopped pecans to the bottom and then pour the pie filling over them. You can arrange whole pecans on top as you like.



Bake pie: Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 50 minutes, or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.

Serve this delicious pecan pie after it has cooled. Top with whipped cream, ice cream, or by itself for an irresistible dessert.
