Dulce de Leche Crumbl Cookie Recipe

These are giant soft sugar cookies, topped with cream cheese frosting and dulce de leche swirl.

The cookie dough is made with sweetened condensed milk, and if you have never made sugar cookies with sweetened condensed milk, trust me on this one. It makes them have a delicious sweet milky taste, and a soft and chewy texture.

Since I wanted these cookies to be giant, I used a cookie scoop that has a 1/3 cup capacity. So these cookies were huge!

Before baking the cookies, roll them in a cinnamon sugar mixture, that will make the cookies super scrumptious, with a light crunch on the outside.

The cream cheese frosting on top is basically a Cream Cheese Russian Buttercream, with a bit of dulce de leche added. This frosting doesn't take any powdered sugar, which makes it have a super silky texture, and not be overly sweet.

This frosting takes butter, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and dulce de leche. You can leave the dulce de leche out and keep it just in the other part of the swirl. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon.

Pipe a swirl of the cream cheese frosting on top, then fill the center with the dulce de leche. I used a small round piping tip to pipe the frosting and the dulce de leche.

You can make your own dulce de leche or get store-bought, I show you instructions on how to make baked dulce de leche from a can of sweetened condensed milk.
