This Flan Cake is the famous Brazilian Pudim Cake. And it’s one of my favorite desserts.
– eggs – heavy cream – condensed milk – vanilla extract – all-purpose flour
Make the caramel, by melting the sugar in a pan with a heavy bottom, over medium heat. Then, pour cooled mixture over greased and sugared Bundt pan.
Pour flan batter over chocolate cake, slowly and carefully. Then, place cake in the oven, over a water bath. Make sure you use hot water.
