Cookies and Cream Cake


This Cookies and Cream Cake is delicious! Layers of Cookies and Cream Cake with pieces of Oreo cookies baked into the batter, filled with a Cookies and Cream Mousse, and frosted with Cookies and Cream Frosting.

Start by whisking together the dry ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients, then whip the egg whites. Combine the mixtures, along with the chopped Oreo cookies.

The Cookies and Cream Mousse is a fluffy and light mousse, that will be the perfect filling for our cake. It has the most perfect cookies and cream flavor.

The Cookies and Cream Frosting is a great addition to this marvelous cake! Made of butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and Oreo cookies.

To assemble the cake, you can pipe a ring of frosting around the edges of the cake layer. Fill the center with the mousse and top with another cake layer. Repeat the process until you have all three cake layers stacked.

While the cake is on the fridge, make the ganache. The Ganache Drip is so easy to make! Pour the hot heavy cream over the chocolate. Whisk until melted.

Decorate the Cookies and Cream Cake with Oreo cookies and cookie crumbs. Also, don't forget the frosting, nor the ganache!

The cake layers are fluffy, with crunchy pieces of Oreo cookies all throughout, which gives the cake a nice texture contrast.
