Cookie Dough Ice Cream

Whisk brown sugar and cocoa, then add cream, corn syrup, and chocolate. Simmer until thick, then stir in butter.

Beat butter and brown sugar until creamy, then mix in powdered sugar for another minute.

Mix in vanilla, salt, and milk, then gradually add cooled flour. Fold in mini chips, roll dough into balls, and freeze for 1 hour.

Chill a loaf pan in the freezer, then whip cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
