This easy graham cracker crust is foolproof and bakery-worthy—perfect for beginners and pros alike.

Use 12 crushed graham cracker sheets or store-bought crumbs. Mix with sugar and melted butter to bind and crisp the crust. Brown sugar works too!

Preheat oven to 325ºF. Pulse graham crackers in a food processor until finely ground—like sand—for a crust that holds together well.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of an 8- or 9-inch springform pan.

Bake the crust at 325ºF for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool completely before adding the cheesecake batter.
