Blueberry Slushie

Hello friends! Today’s recipe is sweet and easy! This Blueberry Slushie is super refreshing, perfect for summer, and can be done in 5 minutes!

To make this Blueberry Slushie recipe, you only need 3 ingredients: frozen berries, Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, and coconut cream.

Hold on, if you don’t like coconut cream, or don’t have coconut cream, you can use any other juice or milk instead.

The coconut cream will make the slushie really super thick, but it will be thick enough with another kind of liquid instead.

Also, I should add that you can make this with any fruits you would like. Just make sure they are frozen.

And make sure any liquids you add to the slushie are cold.

Anyway, to make this Blueberry Slushie, simply add all ingredients to the blender. And blend at high speed.

If you are using the cold coconut cream, chances are the slushie will be very thick, and will need the help of a couple of tablespoons of water or milk to get blended together.

Blueberry Slushie

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 14 oz. can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup cold coconut cream or you can use any other liquid of choice, milk, or juice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • If you use cold coconut cream, and the slushy is too thick, try adding a couple of tablespoons of water or another liquid to finish blending.
  • Pour on the cups, or serving dishes, serve immediately.

Notes

You can make this an adult beverage by adding a couple ounces of your favorite liquor.
Feel free to substitute the coconut cream for another liquid such as milk, or juice, but make sure the liquid is cold.
You can use any other berries to make this recipe, just make sure they are frozen.
